BİLDİRİMİ

WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS, WHY, AND HOW TO HAVE IT REMOVED.BU SİTE NEYİ, NEDEN TOPLUYOR VE NASIL SİLDİRİRSİNİZ.

This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Kubilay Kaan Demir (“I”), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach me at kubilay@apexkreatif.com.

What I Collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number and budget if you choose to add them. I use this solely to reply to your request and to discuss a possible project with you.

The site has no advertising tools and does not build a profile of visitors. The hosting provider’s privacy-friendly statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) record anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referring sites, device type, country and loading speed. They use no cookies and do not identify you or follow you across other sites.

Cookies and Local Storage

The site itself sets no cookies. Your language choice (English or Turkish) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in the same language next time; it never leaves your device.

When you start using the contact form, a spam-protection check (hCaptcha) is loaded. It may set its own cookies and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.

Who Receives Your Data

Your form message is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, the form service this site uses. hCaptcha processes the spam check described above. Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. These providers may process data outside Türkiye. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How Long I Keep It

I keep your message for as long as our conversation or working relationship lasts and delete it when it is no longer needed, or earlier if you ask me to.

Your Rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to kubilay@apexkreatif.com and I will respond as soon as I can.
